Brooks Kochvar has spent more than two decades leading candidates, corporations, and trade associations through high-stakes campaigns and public policy challenges. He has managed races for two U.S. Senators, served as chief of staff to two members of Congress, and provided polling and strategic counsel to political candidates across the country.
Brooks has conducted research in all 50 states and over 20 countries crossing an array of subjects and industries, including energy, gaming, healthcare, and technology. During the 2024 election cycle, Brooks co-led Keystone Renewal PAC, the largest candidate-specific U.S. Senate SuperPAC in history, which played a pivotal role in Dave McCormick’s victory over an 18-year Democratic incumbent. Under Brooks’ leadership, Keystone set new standards for strategy, innovation, and impact, redefining what’s possible for outside groups in competitive races.
In addition to his research and campaign work, Brooks has advised high-profile executives on navigating the unique challenges of leadership, including crisis communications, reputation management, and strategic decision-making. He has also lectured on American politics at Oxford University and taught campaign strategy in the Middle East and North Africa.
