Kayla is well into her second decade in the research world and specializes in written analysis, qualboards, and congressional research. She got her start at the National Republican Congressional Committee during the historic 2010 election cycle and worked her way up to Polling Director.

Over the past fifteen years, Kayla has managed hundreds of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including traditional voter and consumer surveys, pilot testing, dial groups, and qualboards, for an array of clients ranging from political campaigns to Super PACs, Think Tanks, and Fortune 500 companies. She has worked with campaigns of all shapes and sizes in all regions of the country from small state house districts in Tennessee to congressional and statewide campaigns across the country. Kayla is also a RIVA-trained focus group moderator who has conducted a wide variety of qualitative research projects for clients both in person and online.

A Midwest girl by birth, self-proclaimed coffee addict, and an avid college football fan, Kayla currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina, with her husband Brian, four children, and dog Oakley.
