Rich Dunn Joins Guidant Polling & Strategy
Former Hill Chief, Campaign Veteran Becomes Firm Partner

Guidant Polling and Strategy (GPS) today announced the addition of Rich Dunn as a partner at the strategic consulting and polling firm.
A veteran of Capitol Hill and two national party committees, Dunn joins GPS with nearly two decades of experience in politics and public affairs.
Most recently, he was a managing director at FP1 Strategies and PLUS Communications, a position he held since 2015. At FP1-PLUS, Dunn designed and led campaigns for some of the firm’s top corporate and political clients.
He’s also been a trusted advisor to several party organizations. While serving as independent expenditure director at the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) and the Congressional Leadership Fund (CLF), Dunn ran two national advertising campaigns across more than 40 U.S. House districts. As the political director at the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), he helped recruit and advise candidates for the U.S. Senate and Committee Chairman John Cornyn, a member of GOP leadership.
In addition to his campaign work, Dunn has extensive experience on Capitol Hill, including serving as chief of staff to U.S. Senator Tim Scott and legislative director to U.S. Representative Chris Chocola.
